Google's AI defines Quiet confidence as the potent ability to be self-assured and competent without constantly seeking external validation. It's a grounded, authentic form of confidence that can be profoundly empowering and impactful.
To live by faith consistently, one must possess this quality liberally. The Bible says:
'the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. ' - Isaiah 32:17 (KJV).
This verse from the Bible provides a solid foundation for the concept of quiet confidence and offers reassurance to believers.
' the effect of righteousness will be peace [internal and external], and the result of righteousness will be quietness and confident trust forever.' - Isaiah 32:17 (AMPC)
One of the blessings all born-again believers have in common is the gift of righteousness, a platform we share with the Father, God, who allows us to do things that only He can do. This shared gift unites us as believers.
'For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) ' - Romans 5:17
' For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].' - 2 Corinthians 5:21
So, all believers should walk in this quiet confidence all the time, which should unlock all the good things we need or want in our quest to live a fulfilled life.
